How Corporate Membership Works

The Crumbfort Cookie Club For Teams is a monthly corporate gourmet cookie subscription designed to support businesses growth and culture. 

Every month, your team gets a dozen cookies to share — our classic chocolate chip, plus two rotating flavors, providing an easy, built-in reason to gather, collaborate, and enjoy something together. 

Enhance your business’s influence with the optional Cookie Calling Card: an individually wrapped chocolate chip cookie, printed with your business’s own QR code and a line of copy you choose — sized to fit in a hand, a welcome bag, or a follow-up thank-you. Sold in multiples of six, preordered alongside your monthly team box.

Businesses will be assigned a set delivery schedule after sign-up, each cycle Crumbfort will communicate the specific delivery days in advance, allowing flexibility for holidays, unexpected illness/emergencies, severe weather, etc. (See more below)

A portion of every Cookie Club subscription supports a non-profit meal program in Moses Lake, feeding our community one meal at a time — because the comfort we receive is meant to be shared, and that doesn’t stop with your team. 

At this time, The Cookie Club For Teams is available exclusively within Grant County and select surrounding areas. To provide every business with the highest quality experience, founding membership availability is intentionally limited. As Crumbfort grows, additional spaces may become available, with the same commitment: quality cookies, dependable communication, and a monthly experience your team can look forward to.

Schedule Adjustment Policy

While every effort is made to fulfill the published monthly schedule, unexpected illness, holidays, family emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require a schedule adjustment.

Should this occur, members will be notified as soon as possible, and deliveries will be completed at the earliest opportunity. Thank you for extending the same grace to this small business that goes into every box baked with care.

Membership Changes & Cancellations

The Cookie Club for Teams is designed to provide businesses with a dependable monthly bakery experience without requiring a long-term contract. Businesses may cancel their subscription at any time within the cutoff window assigned.

Because monthly production begins with advance ingredient sourcing and preparation for all Cookie Club members, changes outside the cutoff window will take effect the following month.
